Note: The I.C.E. Tag is designed to protect your child’s identity.
Thus, the I.C.E. Tag™ should be installed so that the back of the card
(Figure 1) (the side with your child’s photo) faces against the car seat.

Only the front of the card (the side that is solid red and has the I.C.E. Tag logo, as seen in Figure 2) should be visible.
Step 1
Identify an area of the car seat where the I.C.E. Tag should be applied. 
The area should be visible upon entering the vehicle but out of the way of the child. Typically, the side of the car seat works well for this purpose, as seen in Figure 3.

Step 2
Clean surface of car seat where I.C.E. Tagis to be applied.
Step 3
Remove tape from one side of hook & loop tape and press firmly against the back of the vinyl holder, as seen in Figure 4.

Remove tape from the other side of hook & loop tape and press I.C.E. Tag™ firmly against side of car seat, as seen in Figure 5.

Remove tape from back of sticker. Place sticker on opposite side of car seat,
as seen in Figure 6.

Clean surface of each passenger window where window cling will be applied. Remove tape from window clings. Place one window cling on the inside of each passenger window with print side facing outward, as seen in Figures 7 and 8.
