MINIMUM ORDER
Our minimum order is $7.95 (before shipping and taxes).

CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS & PACKAGING
Once we receive your order, processing begins within 1-2 days. I.C.E. Tags™, by their design, are customized with personal information and photos according to your specifications. We want to take time to ensure that your tag is accurate and professional-looking but will make every effort to ship your tag within 5 – 7 business days upon receipt of your order.
I.C.E. Tag™ packages and refill items are packaged in a clear, resealable plastic bag and mailed via First Class Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
SHIPPING
Products are shipped using the United State Postal Service via First Class, Priority, or Express Mail. First
Class shipping is $2.50; Priority Mail is $5.25; and Express Mail is $16.25.
While the First Class mail option is certainly the least expensive we encourage you to consider using Priority or Express
Mail since these options include delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation helps us to ensure that you receive your
package and that your ICE Tags™ are in good hands.
If you prefer you may choose to add Signature Confirmation (requires a signature at delivery) for an additional $2.10 (for First Class or Priority Mail).

At Go Scooter Go! we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide us. We also want you to be satisfied with your purchase!
To do this we need your help. When creating your I.C.E. Tags™ please make sure that the information on
your I.C.E. Tag™ is accurate before clicking "Save Tag" during the order process. The
I.C.E. Tag™ that you save will become the I.C.E. Tag™ that we print!
If you discover an error or problem on our part please let us know immediately (within 30 days of the shipping date). We
will be happy to correct the problem and replace the item(s) immediately or offer credit for future purchases.
Because I.C.E. Tags™ are customized
to your specifications we cannot offer refunds. In addition, items sold
as part of an I.C.E. Tag™ package
cannot be returned.
