Just as you want to protect your child we know that you also want to protect the information that you provide to us for the I.C.E. Tag™. 

That's why we want to assure you that the information you provide to
Go Scooter Go! is kept confidential and secure.  We ensure your privacy with: 

• Password protection on the website, using a password selected by you;
• Industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your data during transmission;
• Trend Micro"PC-cillin" Internet Security software, which includes an industry standard two-way firewall and proactive intrusion blocking program, that’s rated #1 by industry leaders;
• Password protection for the database in our office; and
• Confidentiality agreements signed by all Go Scooter Go! employees.

At no time, and for any reason, will we release the information you provide us for an I.C.E. Tag™ to any individual or organization. The information you provide us is used solely for the purpose of creating an I.C.E. Tag™ for your use. In addition, the information you provide us is stored on our secure, password-protected database in our office rather than on the web to prevent hacking, theft, and other threats.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

Go Scooter Go! does not maintain records of your credit card information.  While this means that you will have to re-enter your credit card information each time you place a new order with us, the benefit to you is the security of knowing your credit card information remains safe in your hands.

EMAIL INFORMATION

When you subscribe to our email updates the email address you provide us lets us send you reminders to update your I.C.E. Tags™, as well as alert you to our new products or special promotions. Go Scooter Go! will never sell, rent, or share your personal information, including your e-mail address, with any third parties except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your express permission, or under the following circumstances:

• We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; and/or
• We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law.
